Both Brentwood teams (High school and Academy) brought full squads
down to a fast course, and the results didn't disappoint.
Brentwood High was paced by Brodey Hasty and Belmont commit Taylor Vroon,
who ended up in a tie for first place (15:30.69). But the Bruins weren't
done. Junior Scott Thompson would place third (15:34.68) and senior, future Belmont Bruin, Jackson
Vroon finished fourth (15:34.88) helping Brentwood to a 31 point score and a big win.
Brentwood Academy sophomore Carter Cheeseman rounded out the
top five (15:42.02). Cheeseman was closely followed by teammate Davis Holliday
(15:48.97) who finished sixth. The Eagles finished in second place behind the cross town rival Bruins, tallying 105 points.
