The Farragut Admirals graduated five of seven runners from a team that placed runner up last season (and in 2020) but one of those returning runners is upcoming senior Kennedy Reynolds. Reynolds ran #3 for the team in Hendersonville last season with a 26th place finish but enters 2022 in a leadership role as the teams top returning runner. She ranks 9th on this list with an 18:56 at Garmin RunningLane and looks to focus on consistency this year. She caught up with us yesterday to discuss the season ahead.
